Service Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all digital services offered by Iron Rose Digital, including but not limited to social media management, graphic design, digital strategy, and consulting services.

Service Delivery

All services are delivered digitally and are initiated based on client confirmation, onboarding, or agreement.

Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation of a service before work has commenced. Once work has started, cancellations may not be possible due to the time and resources already allocated.

Refunds

Refunds for services are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • No refunds will be issued for services that have already commenced or have been partially delivered.
  • If a service has not yet started, a refund may be considered at the discretion of Iron Rose Digital.
  • Completed services are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, clients are encouraged to contact us directly so the matter can be reviewed fairly and professionally.
